    Governor may consult

    Correction (COR) CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE 22-B

    § 654. Governor may consult. The governor is authorized to request the
    opinion of the attorney general, the district attorney, and the
    convicted person's counsel, or any of them, as to whether the execution
    of the person should be reprieved or suspended.
