    SECTION 655

    Governor only to reprieve

    Correction (COR) CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE 22-B

    § 655. Governor only to reprieve. No judge, court, or officer, other
    than the governor, can reprieve the execution of a person sentenced to
    death. This section does not apply to a stay authorized by law.
