    Proof of writing subscribed by witness

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 45

    Rule 4537. Proof of writing subscribed by witness. Unless a writing
    requires a subscribing witness for its validity, it may be proved as if
    there was no subscribing witness.
