    Powers of arbitrator

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 75

    § 7505. Powers of arbitrator. An arbitrator and any attorney of record
    in the arbitration proceeding has the power to issue subpoenas. An
    arbitrator has the power to administer oaths.
