Expenses of school district officers
Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 43, PART 1
§ 2118. Expenses of school district officers. All school district
officers, including trustees and members of boards of education, shall
be entitled to be reimbursed for any expenses actually and necessarily
incurred in the performance of their official duties. Mileage rates
established for the use of personally owned cars in lieu of auditing and
allowing claims for actual and necessary expenses of travel under the
provisions of subdivision twenty-seven of section sixteen hundred four
of this chapter, shall apply to claims under this section. This section
shall not apply to district superintendents of schools.
