    SECTION 6803

    Practice of pharmacy and use of title "pharmacist"

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 8, ARTICLE 137

    § 6803. Practice of pharmacy and use of title "pharmacist". Only a
    person licensed or otherwise authorized under this article shall
    practice pharmacy or use the title "pharmacist" or any derivative.
