    SECTION 1020-U

    Employees of the authority not subject to the public employees' fair employment act

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 1-A

    * § 1020-u. Employees of the authority not subject to the public
    employees' fair employment act. All employees of the authority shall be
    exempt from the provisions of the public employees' fair employment act
    as set forth in article fourteen of the civil service law.
