    Authority subject to open meetings law

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 1-A

    § 1020-x. Authority subject to open meetings law. The authority shall
    be subject to the provisions of article seven of the public officers law
    relating to the open meetings law.
