    SECTION 1020-ZZ

    Inconsistent provisions of other laws superseded

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 1-A

    § 1020-zz. Inconsistent provisions of other laws superseded. Insofar
    as the provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of
    any other law or any part thereof, the provisions of this title shall be
    controlling.
