    SECTION 1211

    Members and employees not to be interested in contracts

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 9

    § 1211. Members and employees not to be interested in contracts. It
    shall be a misdemeanor for any member, officer or employee of the
    authority to be in any way or manner interested, directly or indirectly,
    in any contract made by the authority.
