Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 12
§ 1285-e. Inactive hazardous waste disposal site remedial programs. In
addition to its existing powers, the corporation is hereby empowered to
carry out inactive hazardous waste disposal site remedial programs. The
corporation may subcontract for the work included in carrying out such
programs.
