    Availability of written summary

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 24-E

    § 2497. Availability of written summary. The commissioner shall make
    the summary provided for in section twenty-four hundred ninety-six of
    this article available free of charge to all clinics, health maintenance
    organizations, hospitals, and physician offices.
