    Provision of summary by physician

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 24-E

    § 2498. Provision of summary by physician. The summary shall be
    provided by a physician to each person under such physician's care, when
    a hysterectomy is under consideration for that person.
