    SECTION 3014

    Construction

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 30

    § 3014. Construction. Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of
    any general, special or local law, the provisions of this article shall
    be deemed to apply to the city of New York.
