    SECTION 302

    Local boards of health; villages and towns; organization

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 1

    § 302. Local boards of health; villages and towns; organization. 1.
    In villages the board of health shall consist of the board of trustees
    of the village.

    2. In towns the board of health shall consist of the town board.
