    Local boards of health; notice of organization

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 1

    § 303. Local boards of health; notice of organization. Notice of the
    membership and organization of every local board of health shall be
    given forthwith by such board to the department.
