    SECTION 3120

    Blood collection; permit required; procedure

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 31, TITLE 2

    § 3120. Blood collection; permit required; procedure.

    No person, firm or corporation shall collect human blood for the
    purpose of transfusion into another human being unless a permit has been
    issued pursuant to the provisions of title five of article five of this
    chapter.
