    Consolidated health district; board of health; officers

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 6

    § 394. Consolidated health district; board of health; officers. The
    board of health of a consolidated health district shall from time to
    time elect a president from among its members. The health officer of a
    consolidated health district shall serve as the secretary of the board
    of health thereof without additional remuneration therefor.
