    SECTION 395

    Consolidated health district; board of health; health officer; powers and duties

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 6

    § 395. Consolidated health district; board of health; health officer;
    powers and duties. Each board of health and each health officer of a
    consolidated health district shall have all the rights, powers, duties
    and obligations conferred and imposed by law upon boards of health and
    health officers respectively.
