    State aid; form

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 6, TITLE 3

    § 615. State aid; form. The appropriations made or to be made for the
    purposes of carrying out the provisions of this article shall be
    available, in accordance with certificates of approval issued or to be
    issued by the director of the budget, to the commissioner for the
    payment of state aid to municipalities.
