    SECTION 49

    Residential steam service

    Public Service (PBS) CHAPTER 48, ARTICLE 2

    § 49. Residential steam service. The rights and responsibilities of
    customers receiving residential steam service from steam corporations
    shall be substantially comparable to those of gas and electric customers
    under this article. The commission shall take such actions as it deems
    necessary and proper to achieve this objective.
