Contracts for distribution of public assistance grants

§ 133-a. Contracts for distribution of public assistance grants. As
permitted or required by regulations of the department, each social
services district may contract with an appropriate department or agency
of the state or banking institutions to distribute grants and allowances
of public assistance to the grantees thereof.
