    SECTION 142

    Exclusiveness of eligibility requirements

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 1

    § 142. Exclusiveness of eligibility requirements. No person receiving
    federal supplemental security income payments and/or additional state
    payments, or family assistance shall for the same period receive any
    other of such forms of assistance.
