Report on needs of incarcerated individuals of public homes

§ 196. Report on needs of incarcerated individuals of public homes. It
shall be the duty of the commissioner of public welfare to report to the
legislative body as to the needs of the home and to make recommendations
of any changes, improvements, additional equipment or other provision
which he or she may consider necessary to provide adequate care for the
