Quarterly estimates
Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 11
§ 368. Quarterly estimates. Each public welfare district shall submit
to the department quarterly estimates of its anticipated expenditures
for medical assistance for needy persons and administrative expenses not
less than thirty days before the first day of each of the quarters
beginning on the first day of the months of July, October, January and
April, in such form and together with such other information as the
department may require.
