    SECTION 2128

    Court review

    Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 10, ARTICLE 46

    § 2128. Court review. An act or omission to act of the commissioner
    under this article shall be subject to review by the supreme court in
    the manner provided in article seventy-eight of the civil practice law
    and rules.
