Sen. Toby Ann Stavisky welcomes to Albany a delegation from the Turkish Cultural Center. Veysel Ucan (c.), executive director of the center’s Albany branch, and Oguzhan Turan (r.), executive director of the Queens branch, offered a presentation about the Sunnyside-based nonprofit center’s work in educating and informing the public about Turkish culture and history.
