Senator Martins Meets with Sands Point Mayor

On a recent Friday, Senator Jack M. Martins met with Sands Point Mayor Leonard Wurzel. Mayor Wurzel has been the Sands Point Mayor since 1989. He decided to retire and will not run for re-election this June, but it has been an outstanding run. A veteran of World War II, Mayor Wurzel has garnered numerous honors in his time as the Sands Point Mayor.
