Elmsford Little League Field House Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Leader Stewart-Cousins secured funding from the state to help build the Elmsford Little League Field House and celebrated this achievement by attending the ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, April 13th. Also at the ceremony was former New York Yankees player John O'Neil, Grand Marshall of this special event.
