Senator Stewart-Cousins makes sure to recognize the individuals who strive to improve the quality of life for the elderly and disabled. That is exactly what she did at Cabrini of Westchester in Dobbs Ferry when she presented a Legislative Resolution to Patricia Tinston, a clinical health nurse at the facility. The Resolution, which passed the State Senate this year, recognized Ms. Tinston for receiving the LeadingAge NY Long-Term Care Employee of Distinction Award.
