Senator Stewart-Cousins Presents Proclamation at OES Luncheon

On Saturday, November 2nd, Senator Stewart-Cousins presented a proclamation to Arretta Prashad, former President of the Order of the Eastern Star Terrace City Chapter #26 for her commendable service to the community and OES organization at their annual luncheon held at the Riverview in Hastings, NY.
