Senator Stewart-Cousins welcomed attendees at the 51st Annual Yonkers Enrico Fermi Educational Fund breakfast. The breakfast honored 7 high schools students from Yonkers who received scholarships from the Enrico Fermi Fund. Each scholarship recipient received a certificate from the Senator.
