The Child Care Council of Westchester, Inc. in partnership with the Westchester Children Association, held their annual Legislative Breakfast on Friday, February 28th to give constituents, particularly young people, the opportunity to ask elected official questions and hear about the particular needs of children and youth in Westchester County. Because the well-being of children is her main priority, Senator Stewart-Cousins enthusiastically participated in the event, responding to questions and discussing legislative issues related to povery, health, and education of children.
