(New Rochelle - November 24th) Senator Stewart-Cousins at the grand opening of the Child Guidance Center of Westchester's Creative Learning Center in New Rochelle. Congratulations on the new location! This is a great opportunity for parents of pre-school children that gets state pre-k and other funding as well as private tuition.
