On June 27th, Senator Stewart-Cousins joined Friends of the Old Croton Aqueduct in Dobbs Ferry to break ground on the restoration of the Keeper's House. From 1857 on, this landmark structure was home to the superintendent for this stretch of the underground waterway that ran into New York City. The Keeper's House will become a visitor and education center for those who walk along the trailway.
