Westchester County DOH Back-To-School Immunization Clinics

Are you uninsured or underinsured? The Health Department will be offering FREE immunizations for 12 months to 18 year olds, by appointment. Navigators will be on hand to help parents and guardians sign their children up for the health insurance they need.
