Antoinette Ploger Turns 110!

(Scarsdale - November 20th) Antoinette Ploger continues to age gracefully, and on November 21st, 2015, she turned 110 years old. Senator Stewart-Cousins read a Senate proclamation in her name during the birthday celebration at the Sprain Brook Manor.
