(Yonkers - November 11th) Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center in Yonkers breaks ground on a 32-Bed Ventilator Expansion. Senator Stewart-Cousins joined other elected officials and supporters at the facility, which cares for children with healthcare and other challenges, and also assists their families.
