(Albany - February 14th) Senator Stewart-Cousins, along with Assemblymember Gary Pretlow, congratulated the award recipients during the NYS Association of Black & Puerto Rican Legislators Caucus Weekend: Gail Wright Sirman (right center) who received the Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of Dr. Olivia Hooker, the Honorable Delores Scott Brathwaite (center) who received The Joseph L. Galiber Award, and Dennis Hanratty (left center) who received Housing and Economic Development Award.
