(Scarsdale - September 3rd) Senator Stewart-Cousins talked with constituents at the Scarsdale Senior Day at the village's pool complex. Among other concerns, the Senator discussed healthcare and reminded the seniors that the state's prescription drug coverage plan, EPIC, can help them with the cost of medications, depending on their income.
