State Senate 2014 Veteran's Hall of Fame Bill Moye Turns 100!

(New Rochelle - March 26th) Senator Stewart-Cousins celebrated the 100th birthday of Bill Moye of New Rochelle. He's a World War II veteran that the Senator inducted into the State Senate's Veteran's Hall of Fame in 2014. The New Rochelle Housing Authority held a celebration.
