White Plains Tree Lighting Ceremony

(White Plains - November 30th) The holiday season begins with the lighting of the tree at Tibbetts Park in White Plains. Mayor Tom Roach did the honors of flipping the switch with his family and was joined by White Plains Council Members Beth Smayda and John Martin, Senator Stewart-Cousins and Senator George Latimer, and Miss Hudson Valley Dana Wachter and Miss Hudson Valley Teen Perpetua Smith.
