(New Rochelle - October 22nd) The Senator joined other elected officials including Mayor Noam Bramson and State Senator George Latimer to cut the ribbon and celebrate the new location for the WJCS Parent Child Center in New Rochelle at the Boys and Girls Club. A great space for a great organization.
