(White Plains - January 16th) The Leader presenting Marie Smalls of White Plains with a Senate Proclamation in honor of her 100th birthday during a joyous celebration at Calvary Baptist Church. She's been a parishioner under six pastors, and has lived in White Plains since 1937.
