Manhattan Community Board 8 Youth, Education, and Libraries Committee Joint Meeting With the Arts Committee

On March 27th, Senator Serrano participated in a meeting with Community Board 8 (CB8), which brought together the Youth, Education, and Libraries Committee and the Arts Committee.
