State Senator Luis Sepúlveda has been appointed as the chair of the Cities 1 Committee and the subcommittee on Judicial Diversity, in addition to serving on the committees for Justice, Finance, Rules, Code, and Education. These appointments reflect his growing influence in the New York State Senate.
