May calls on cellular companies to waive data caps during shutdown

State Sen. Rachel May, R-53, Syracuse, is calling for more internet access in rural communities, including for cellular providers to waive data caps.
“New Yorkers are being asked to make enormous sacrifices to help slow and stop the spread of COVID-19,” May said in a statement.
