All I want for Christmas--A Hop-along Kangaroo?

Hi Neighbor,
It was almost Christmas and I was stuck, still in search of the season’s hot new toy for our five granddaughters.
In the good ol’ days, when dad couldn’t find the hot toy, he’d pop into Toys R Us over by the Mall and scoop up a bunch of Barbies for the daughter and Transformers for the boys.
Oh by the way: Our Park Hill neighbors—more than a thousand of them -- got a Christmas present this week when North Shore Councilmember Kamillah Hanks announced a massive rehabilitation project and new owners for the beleaguered housing complex in Clifton. Kamillah was joined by State Sen. Jessica Scarcella Spanton and Rep. Nicole Malliotakis to share the news. Every apartment will get a facelift after years of neglect. Will this fix all the ails of that section of Clifton? No. But it’s an extraordinary beginning, one we cannot squander.
