Romero talks about the allocation of $400 million to Albany, with $200 million earmarked for a one-mile radius around the capital. She emphasizes the need for creative housing solutions, including mixed-use and Mitchell Lama housing, to address the city's housing crisis and rising rents.

Rivera highlights the upcoming legislative session's focus on health care funding, particularly the impact of potential federal changes on Medicaid, SNAP benefits and Medicare.
