State Sen. Rob Rolison (R-Poughkeepsie) has co-sponsored a bill requiring all law enforcement agencies in New York to use the assessment during domestic violence calls to help identify high-risk cases. The bill passed the state Senate in February and is currently under consideration in the Assembly.
